Love the interface, still trying to set it up. Also would be nice to set my look (ti gui) and I have a go back to red every time I open it. Maybe it's all user error, lol.

I completed going nine circles of hell, before it start working correctly. -------- I recommend do not add any new banks found somewhere in internet cause it may CTD.

i cannot get the password tu unlock the softwhare i sent some communications for help. this is the second time i purchace this to the same effect look at yourt e mail . i explain the situation.

I'm extremely happy right now. Once again I have access to all my Virus parameters via my DAW. I'm like a kid at a candy store right now. Access is by far the greatest disappointment of all time by cancelling support for the Virus software. That was the whole damn selling point. I would really like to know what the heck Access is doing? On the contrary, Mystery Islands Music may have been the greatest discovery of all time. lol. Jani in particular was pleasant 100% of the time. He helped me to solve a couple of issues, one of which was user error. üòñ Like Jani mentions, triple check that your ins and outs. Yeah, we all know how they go, but it can still be overlooked. Especially when you're over confident. üò¨ He was quick to respond and showed a lot of patience. I ended up getting a ESI MIDIMATE eX to make this work. I've just started using it today 2-20-22 and so far everything is working. I will probably be going to bed really late tonight. üò≥ I will try and update after I use it awhile. Danny Figueroa

Dodgy progrqamming and no fricking manual!

Very nice GUI with a few bugs but Jani is really good about responding to support emails or messages. He even fixed a couple of things that I pointed out with an update within a day.

Works great but a few bugs on my end like causing ableton to crash randomly. Quite rare but it's happening. Very handy tool none the less!

All run well with cubae to when you register and close it...never you can re-open your project !!! How to say about support....4 tickets...no answers !!! Since one month... So ...Bellshill on all the line... Ans about supernova editor ? Bellshill too...never run.. And believe me,I'm not a novice.. Never buy them...
