It's good overall and works well in the disciplines that it has on board. These are imo multimode-handling and patch editoring (not saving and handling!). Im' kind of used to play my VirusB in Singlemode and was mainly looking for a simple and stable editor solution and a good patch library tool. And here comes the brake. There are no file-dialogs in this software what forces the user to find many workarounds in the end. I wont get it why you are calling this a librarian-software? It simple isn't... It is sure on a great quality level, but if it would deliver multi-single & single-mode-support as well as a good file-/ patch-management solution it could be a blast. Sorry, i simple won't use it i guess and keep this rekon audio editor in my setup until some serious updates came up from your side. I couldn't test the MS2000-editor yet btw...

Before I purchased a copy of the KorgMs2000 I played around with the demo version. And quickly realized that being able to tweak my external gear in my Sequencer is totally awesome. I do have one feature request for future updates. Implementing the function to sync the hardware knobs value with the software knobs value? Let me explain more in detail what I mean. On the hardware when I tweak for example the CUTOFF. And lets assume the value is 50. But the software has a value of 80 on preset/plug in load. Once the preset is loaded they won't sync. The hardware will override the value in the VST as soon as I tweak it. A kind of if-statement that checks the input of the software with the output of the hardware unit. If(hardware value == softwarevalue); If not then wait till hadwarevalue == softwarevalue

the mystery islands access virus plug in is just as intuitive and easy to use as the official TI plugin, but you get to use it with the older virus synths which is just incredible!

Bought the Virus library VSTi. Shelled out $150 for it. A little bit too heavy for my wallet but I really wanted it. The VSTi delivered what it promised (I've tried many libraries/controllers before and they all sucked). And what's even better is that one week later Myster Island updated the price for this vsti cutting the price in half. I guess I would've been mad if it wasn't for the fact that the only reason I noticed that they cut the price was that because they had returned $75 to my payPal out of nowhere.

Mystery islands always delivers great classic sounding trance patches for all the right synths!

Works well with OS X El Capitan and Ableton Live 9, manual user a little bit tricky in my opinion

Fantasic editor and plugin, works perfect and this let me use my Roland jp8080 again in the new software age!

I have Ms2k from years now but now with this editor I'm getting deeper in it! Its a pleasure to edit the Ms2K sequencer via the plugin! Also a pleasure grafic interface an how all is showed. Many problems in the past with an old patch editor for Ms2K for PowerPc. Im excited waiting for the official realease

after a slightly shaky start getting to know the editor I am now comfortable using it & have the editor talking nicely to my rack synth & also the controls on my rack synth are reflected by movements in the software. I am using the AU version in my DAW Presonus Studio One 3.0 connecting through a Motu MTP AV midi hub. the only problem I have found at this stage is the arpeggiator controls in the editor don't seem to effect any change in my hardware, so I'm not sure why that is. I am yet to understand how to properly load & save patches using the librarian, but I haven't spent much time on that yet. the support I have received so far (regarding my licence key) has been prompt. I understand a manual will be released along with the next update, but at this stage I have told to refer to the virushc plugin manual.
